Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to feel confident trying NoSQLSync. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Team plans for new customers. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Payment & Billing
Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
The Hobby plan is free with no payment required — use it as long as you want and upgrade when ready.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with NoSQLSync Pro or Team after your first payment (i.e., after your trial ends and you are first charged), you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of that charge.
Eligibility:
- Applies to the first payment only on Pro or Team plans
- Only available to new paid subscribers (not to accounts that previously held a paid plan)
- Must be requested within 30 days of the charge date
- One refund per customer, per lifetime
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the charge date. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access until then.
After cancellation:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
- Active migration jobs are paused (not deleted)
- Your data and job history are retained for 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted
- You can reactivate and resume paused jobs by upgrading again within 90 days
There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
4. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Payments beyond the 30-day money-back window
- Partial months (billing is monthly or annual, not prorated on downgrade)
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Annual plan payments after 30 days of the initial charge
- Add-on purchases (e.g., additional data packs) once consumed
5. Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first payment of an annual plan. After 30 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel an annual plan after 30 days, you will retain access until the end of the annual period. No partial refund is issued for unused months.
6. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA). Refund and cancellation terms for enterprise accounts are defined in that agreement. Contact your account manager or email [email protected] for details.
7. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate promptly and resolve any billing errors in your favor. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate.
8. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or as credits.
