Frequently asked questions

Can I try Pro features before paying?

Yes. New accounts get a 14-day free trial of all Pro features including CDC and API access. No credit card required. After the trial, you keep your data and can choose a plan that fits.

What happens when I hit the free plan limit?

Your active migrations pause — you never lose data or progress. Upgrade to Starter ($19/mo) or Pro ($29/mo) to resume and get more capacity. You'll get warnings at 80% and 100% usage.

Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan features through the end of the billing period.

How many database types do you support?

3 NoSQL sources (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firestore) and 8 SQL targets (PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, ClickHouse, SQL Server, MariaDB). All are available on every plan.

Is my data secure during migration?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Database connection credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and used only during active jobs — never stored in plaintext.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans save you ~17% — pay $290/yr instead of $348 for Pro (save $58), or $990/yr instead of $1,188 for Team (save $198). Starter is $190/yr (save $38).

What's the ROI of using NoSQLSync?

Manual database migrations typically cost 20–40 engineering hours per migration. At an average engineering rate of $100/hr, that's $2,000–$4,000 per migration. NoSQLSync Pro handles unlimited migrations for $29/mo.
